The plans to celebrate our 40th year reunion on Alumni Day weekend are as follows,

Friday 5/11

• evening food and drinks ($15/person) @ Holly Harper and Rick Tuttle's home starting at 5pm

  PARKING - Holly and Rick live in a community with a lot of shared open space. Some of it is appropriate for parking. The map below highlights several grassy areas along the road which may be used for parking. All the areas are on the left as you drive on Ringfield Road to their house (#29). Please park off of the road. Some areas are deep enough to park perpendicular rather than parallel which will fit more vehicles. Ringfield Road is a dead end road. Please use their driveway or the road intersections for turning around rather than neighboring driveways.
  
  

Saturday 5/12

• morning 8:30am-1pm   – Registration outside Barton-Test Theater.
• morning 9-9:45am        – Memorial Meeting for Worship in Meeting House.
• morning 10-noon          – Alumni Association Annual Meeting in Barton-Test Theater.
                                           (Keynote: Barry Hogenauer '73 - A Carreer Televising Sports & Ent)
• afternoon 12 pm           – Class lunch on Raiford Field in front of the Athletic Center.
                                           ($ for Westtown lunch or bring your own picnic goodies.)

• afternoon activities – Hayrides (2-4pm), Canoeing on the lake (2-4pm), Alumni baseball game (2pm), Boys' Varsity tennis match and Alumni recreational tennis play (2pm), the Long Run for Fun (3pm), Guided dorm tours (2-4pm), Art show reception w/ Branden Eastwood '03 (2:30pm), Tea w/ Head of School (3pm) – just to name a few of the things going on.

  starting at 6pm

Sunday 5/13

• morning 9am        – Pancake breakfast in the Dining room.
• morning 10:30am – Meeting for Worship in the Meeting House.
